KABUL, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan may sign a trilateral framework agreement on railroad following the talks in Ashgabat on Wednesday, a news report said.
Hamid Karzai, Emomali Rahmon and Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov will discuss the tripartite project at their meeting in Tajikistan’s capital.
CA-News reported the agreement would define the terms of construction of the railway line between Ashgabat and Dushanbe through Afghanistan.
