IEC will hold transparent election : Manawi (video)

KABUL, (PAN): Afghanistan’s Independent Election Commission chief, Fazl Ahmad Manawi, address a press conference regarding the election in Kabul.

He strongly connected holding election to security condition of the country and he further reiterated that in case of maintaining security, the commission could hold fair and transparent election.
