Mangal told Pajhwok Afghan News 21 doctors would be enrolled to the programme for specialization in internal medicine, surgery, pediatric, obstetric and gynecology.

One of the participating doctors, Dr. Arsala, said doctors had to travel to Kabulinfo-icon or other countries for further medical studies, but now the facility had been made available in their home province.
