A suspected attacker was killed by police after the blast in Ghazni City, the governor's spokesman, Fazal Rahman Sabawoon, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

The bomb -- attached to a bicycle -- exploded when the students were about to enter the Haidarabad School. Policemen identified the suspect and shot him dead, Sabawoon added.
