ISLAMABAD (Pajhwok): The Afghanistan Cup, the game’s regulatory body said on Friday.

The three-week high performance coaching camp would be held under the supervision of NCA’s elite coaches from January 13 to February 4, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said.

A statement from PCB said the training camp was part of the Afghanistan Development Programme agreed between the two boards.

The Afghanistan U-19 team will play eight practice matches against various teams during this camp, including three matches against Pakistan U-19 team, at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

In the ICC Under-19 Cup, which starts in the UAE on February 14, Afghanistan will play Australia, Bangladesh and Namibia in the group stage of the event.
