KABUL has announced it will launch its innovative customer loyalty “Saffron Rewards” rewards programme to all its frequent fliers.
A statement issued by the airway on Wednesday said: “Safi Airways has come up with a straight forward, transparent rewards program where you submit your boarding card stubs for tickets. The airline announced the program will take effect from the February 1, 2014. All tickets issued after the February 1 will be entitled for rewards.”
Manager marketing Safi Airways, Naeem Mahamoor, stated said that “our main focus is to deliver a simple effective rewards program to our customers’ who patronizes Safi Airways.”
He went on to say that “07 boarding pass stubs will earn you a one way ticket and 11 boarding pass stubs will earn you a return ticket to any Safi Airways destination.
He said passengers would have to pay only the relevant government taxes and the class of travel on your boarding stubs would determine your qualification for a business class or economy class ticket.
Passenger names on the boarding stubs have to be the same for qualification. Passengers can redeem their tickets at any of Safi Airways offices by submitting their ordinal boarding stubs, he added.
It merits mention that Safi Airways is a full service carrier operating a two cabin configuration, business and economy class with a modern fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
The airline currently operates to Dubai, Delhi, and Islamabad on the international route, Herat and Mazar e Sharif on the domestic sector.
However, the airline intends to fly to several more new international destinations in 2014, he promised.
