A statement from the spy service said terrorists on the other side of the Durand Line had hatched a plan to sabotage the voting process at several polling stations in Khost.
Security officials recovered an explosives-laden coach, a car and five motorbikes from the detainees. In addition, rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), Kalashnikovs, pistols, hand grenades and other weapons were seized.
