SHARAN (Pajhwok): One nomad (Kochi) was killed and three others wounded in a bomb explosion in southeastern Paktika province, an official said on Sunday.
The blast took place on the outskirts of Gomal district when a nomad family onboard a tractor struck a roadside bomb on Saturday, deputy police chief, Lt. Col. Nisar Ahmad Abdul Rahim, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
He added explosives were planted by rebels. A doctor on duty at provincial hospital said the injured were in stable condition.
