NATO chief in Kabul on announced trip (Video)

KABUL (Pajhwok): NATO’s new Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg arrived in Kabul on his maiden visit to Afghanistan on Thursday since he replaced Fogh Rasmussen on October 1. During the unannounced trip, he would meet President Ashraf Ghani and Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah to discuss NATO’s continued commitment to Afghanistan after 2014. A statement from the alliance said Stoltenberg had met ISAF Commander General John Campbell and other senior ]officers, NATO Senior Civilian Representative Ambassador Maurits Jochems and representatives of the Kabul diplomatic corps.
