The 294-page book contains prose and poetry that touch political, social and romantic aspects of life.
Farhad Pazhwak, the grandson of late Abdul Rahman Pazhwak, told Pajhwok Afghan News that funds for the book’s publication had been provided by the Kilid group.
The Pajhwok Foundation head added a number of Kilid writers had compiled the book, making its publication possible.
He said 50 percent writing materials of late Pazhwak remained unpublished and it was his fifth book to be published.
Abdul Rahman Pazhwak was a writer, journalist, and diplomat. He was born in 1919 in the Surkhrod district of eastern Nangarhar province and died in 1995 in Pakistan’s northwestern city of Peshawar.
Fatima Gilani, the Afghan Red Crescent Society head, said Abdul Rahman Pazhwak was a dynamic personality and she was personally inspired from him.
She said thoughts of Ustad Pazhwak should be kept alive for the coming generations so that they could get spiritual inspirations.
