As an increasing number of injured people are brought to the main hospital here on a daily basis, the donors urged the authorities to provide their blood to the needy and refrain from selling it.

Rahimullah, one of the donors, told Pajhwok Afghan News he was happy to donate blood. He hoped his gesture would help save a needy compatriot.
