KANDAHAR (Pajhwok): The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Monday claimed detaining to most wanted terrorists involved in subversive activities in southern Kandahar province, a statement from the spy network said.
The statement said that the spy personnel detained Roundi, the resident of Panjwayee district and Shah Mohammad alias Qudratullh from Arghandab district who was presently living in Kandahar city 9th district.
The pair, the statement said was wanted in connection of carrying out guerilla type destructive activities in Kandahar City, the provincial capital, and other districts.
Both the men were held in separate operations and both they confessed of committing crimes. At least 60 kilograms of explosives, two handmade mines, 60 pieces of mine detonators, one communication device and one mine remote control devise were seized from their possession.
