KABUL’s supreme leader on Thursday said the movement’s political office alone reserved the right to maintenance contact and relations with foreign and Afghan negotiators.

In a message of Eid greetings, Mullah.

He added the “jihad summit in Wales and the presidential elections were a fiasco, he claimed.

“The Americans are entangled in Afghanistan in the long war of their history. Their rising military and financial losses and the dwindling of credibility are signs of their decline,” Omar said in the message.

He ordered the Taliban to focus on unity in their ranks, behave well with civilians and show them compassion to muster the support of the masses.

“I extend you my congratulations on the recent victories of mujahideen…”
