Over 50 students complete Quran memorisation

Teachers of the seminary and Education Ministry officials attended the graduation ceremony, at which graduates were honoured with turbans, a sign of becoming Hafiz — Quran memoriser. 

“Now that I have memorised the holy book in three years, I want to serve my country as a religious scholar,” said one of the graduates, Qari Romal.

Mohammad Fahim, another Hafiz, told Pajhwok Afghan News he had completed memorising the Holy Quran in two years and got necessary religious knowledge at the seminary as well.
