KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): A 45-year-old man was seriously wounded after two rockets struck near the governor’ office in western Farah on Thursday noon, a healthinfo-icon official said.

The rockets landed in front of the provincial civil hospital in Farah City about 100 metres from the governor’s office, Jawad Afghan, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

The remotely-controlled rockets had been placed in an auto rickshaw parked in an area between the civil hospital and Abu Nasar Farahi Middle School.
