Brig. Gen. Humayun Aini, the 119 police helpline commander, told Pajhwok Afghan News the one of the blasts took place on the first road in the Ansari square area.

He said one person was wounded in the blast and he had been taken to hospital and his condition was said to be stable. He said the second blast caused no casualties.
