KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): The foreign ministers of NATOinfo-icon and partner countries are meeting today (Monday) in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, the alliance said.

A source close to NATO’scivilian office in Afghanistaninfo-icon told Pajhwok Afghan News foreign ministers from 40 countries would participate in today’s gathering.

Afghan Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani and NATO’scivilian representative in Afghanistan Ismael Armaz will participate in the meeting.

NATO commander in Afghanistan Gen. Campbell would speak to the participants through a video conference to report on the security environmentinfo-icon in the country.

The participants would discuss the security of Afghanistan and the extension of NATO mission beyond 2016 at the two-day meeting, the source said.
