KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): Different kinds of Afghan handicrafts have been put on display at a cultural exhibition involving 60 countries in Medinainfo-icon city of Saudi Arabia.

The five-day cultural expo organized at the Islamic University is being participated by students from 60 countries.

The students have put on display their country’s cultural objects at the exhibition, Afghan students’ association chairman, Sheikh Wazir Gul, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

Up to 160 Afghan students were taking part in the expo, he said, adding Afghan diplomats had also been invited to the show.

“We have displayed Afghan cloths, foods and clay pots,” an Afghan student, Ghayasuddin said, calling such exhibitions as a good exposure to international culture.
