Ghani expressed the views during his meeting with district managers of the National Directorate of Security (NDSinfo-icon) at the Presidential Palace here.

A statement from the Presidential Palace quoted him as saying that the elements revolting against the government were the enemies of Afghanistaninfo-icon.

“Daesh and other terrorist groups, which kill children, womeninfo-icon, elders and other innocent people will be eliminated by the Afghan security forces,” the president warned.

His administration had convinced the worldinfo-icon of the validity of its stance as most countries stood behind Afghanistan and promised it continue support in economic and military fields, he claimed.
