KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Higher Educationinfo-icon (MoHE) on Wednesday announced the results of the university entrance test at a ceremony in Kabul.

Higher Education Minister Najibullah Khawaja Omari told the result announcement ceremony that from 175,000 to 158, 000 students participated in the exam and the results had been made available on the ministry’s website.

According to his information, up to 60,000 successful students would be granted admission in higher education institutes and 125, 00 others in semi-higher.

He further added that up to 76,000 students among the successful would be introduced to private higher education and semi-higher institutes.

According to his information, Tehmina, a resident of Kabul, got first position with  (353,446) marks, with Mohammad Amaduddin from Herat province finishing second with  (348.269). Mukhtar from central  Bamyan province secured 348.2 marks and got third position.
