Former jihadi leaders including Sibghatullah Mujadedi, Ustad Abdul Rab Rassoul Sayyaf, Gulbadin Hekmatyar, Syed Hamid Gilani, Mohammad Asif Muhseni, Younas Qanoni, Atta Mohammad Noor, Amarullah Saleh, Sadiqa Balkhi, Seema Samar and Amina Fazli are other members of the consultative board.
