KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): The Attorney General Office (AGO) on Tuesday said the case of Tamim Shansab and his 19 colleagues, who were engaged in a clash with security forces, has been dispatched to the court.

AGO spokesman Jamshid Rasouli said that investigation into Shansab’s and his colleagues criminal case had been completed and dispatched to the court on Monday.

He said the accused have been facing the charges of murder of two persons, injuring two others, violation of court orders, disrupting public order, attack against security personal, land grabbing and inflicting losses to the government and private property.

Shansab and his security men last month engaged in armed conflict with security personnel who reached to a house in Shahr-i-Naw to vacate the house on the orders of the court.

Police arrested Shansab after 24 hours of siege in which heavy and light weapons were used by both sides.
