KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Monday reshuffled heads of nearly a dozen Kabul police districts, an official said.

Deputy interior minister Gen. Khoshal Sadat wrote on his tweeter account that he held a special meeting with security personnel today.

He said the current security situation of Kabul and negligence of some district police chiefs was not acceptable to the government and the people.

He said for better management and people’s safety, 11 police district chiefs of Kabul were transferred and replaced with new ones on Monday morning.

He said the new heads had three months to bring positive changes to Kabul security situation and reduce crimes in the central capital.

Gen. Sadat warned the new 11 district police heads to achieve their task or they would be fired within the given time.
