Khawrin alleges massive corruption in Khost Judiciary

KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): Wolesi Jirgainfo-icon Member Mohammad Musa Khawrin on Saturday alleged massive corruption in the Appellant Attorney General Office in southeastern Khost province.

Addressing a gathering of tribal elders here, Khawrin said in judicial organs, specially in the appellant Attorney General office things against the will of the common people was underway.

He said murderers, kidnappers, robbers and drug dealers arrested by security forces are freed under hidden deals when their cases land at the Appellant Attorney General Office.

Rahimullah Rameh, head of the appellant Attorney General Office, rejected the claims of Lawmaker Musa Khawrin regarding corruption and termed it as baseless.

“These claims are baseless one hundred percent, if even one claim is proved I shall answer to the people of Khost.”

Pajhwok strive to get the views of provincial government but they refrain to share their views.
