2 children killed in Uruzghan blast

TRINKOT (Pajhwok): Two shepherd children have been killed in a bomb blast in central Uruzghan province, an official said on Saturday.

Malik Zainullah, the administrative chief of second police district, told Pajhwok Afghan News the two children from a family were killed in a blast in the Khanqi area of Trinkot city late on Friday.

Civil Hospital Head Dr. Aminullah Tokhi said the two children succumbed to their wounds on their way to hospital.

The Taliban have not yet commented in this regard.
