3 civilians killed, 4 injured in Kabul, Parwan incidents

KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): At least four individuals have been injured as a result of blasts in Kabul, while unidentified gunmen have killed a man and his son in central Parwan province.

Kabul police spokesman Firdos Faramarz said four landmine blasts took place in Tahya-i-Maskan area of 17th police district this morning.

He said at least four civilians were injured, including a child. The injured were evacuated to hospital and their condition is said to be stable.

Meanwhile, two hand grenades were hurled on a road in Qamber Square area by unknown miscreants. However, there were no casualties.

In Parwan, a man and his son were shot dead by unknown gunmen in the Munara village of Jabal-us-Saraj district.

Saifullah Baidar, the district’s administrative chief, said the two individuals were on their way home from the mosqueinfo-icon on Sunday night when they came under attack.

Elsewhere, a young man was killed as a result of gunfire in the Pul-i-Metak village of Charikarinfo-icon this morning, said police official Abdul Wase Rahimi.
