The supreme leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has urged officials to carry out people’s affairs on time, not to close doors on the public, not to discriminate between the rich and the poor, and stated that whoever is entrusted with a responsibility is individually obligated (fard ‘ayn) to learn it and fully understand it.
