KABUL, Mar 21, 2018:large number of people participate in a flag raising or Janda Bala, at the Sakhi Shrine in Karta-i-Sakhi locality of the capital city. 
The ceremony, which marks the start of new Afghan year, was attended by officials, Shiite scholars and Mullahs.
