KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): Astrologist Abdullah Kandahari says the longest in a hundred years lunar eclipse will occur on Friday midnight, predicting decline in temperature and flooding during early August.

Talking exclusively to Pajhwok Afghan News, Kandahari said the upcoming moon eclipse will be the longest in a hundred years.

He added the eclipse will begin from 9:44pm and last at 12:51am and the noon will become clear at 3:58. This could be seen in most of the countries including Afghanistaninfo-icon.

He advised during moon and sun eclipse children should be kept inside rooms, pregnant womeninfo-icon should not scratch their bodies and refrained from taking bath or touching a knife.

Kandahari also predicted decline in temperatures and rainfall, flooding in parts of the country from August 1 to 6.
