LASHKARGAH,Mar,25,2019: Col. Mohammad Asif Khan Khadem, deputy intelligence chief for Helmand province succumbed to his hard wounds at the hospital.
He had been injured when twin blasts happened at a ceremony marking the National Farmars’ Day in Helmand two days back.
