KABUL regional study center and Indian Nilsson Mandela peace abd Crisis center inked cooperation agreement.
The agreement inked between Abdul Ghafor Liwal, head of Afghanistan regional study center and Radha Kumar head of Indian Nilsson Mandela peace abd Crisis center.
