LASHKARGAH, Dec 30, 2010: Helmand Governor Muhammad Gulab Mangal receives a gun from a Talib who joined the government.
A group of six Taliban turned in weapons to the government, official said.
The group had been active in planning, coordinating and executing attacks against forces under the command of Mula Maqsoud in Marjah district of Helmand province
