Karachi gun attacks claim 8 lives

ISLAMABAD (PAN‘s port city of Karachi on Saturday, officials said.

A police vehicle came under fire from assailants on a motorbike at a bridge linking the Shah Faisal Colony with Korangi Industrial Area, rescuers said.

Three policemen were killed on the spot a fourth succumbed to his wounds at the Jinnah Hospital. Yet another policeman was gunned down in Manghopir locality.

Elsewhere in the metropolis, three people were in Orangi Town No 12, Abul Hassan Isfahani road and Memon Goth areas.
